Couldn’t help but notice you live in Australia, I live in Sydney, and I’m not sure but do you have Morning Glory [a korean shop that sells everything from stationary to studio ghibli merch] in Melbourne?
They sell reasonably nice diaries with Seoul subway systems in the back.

If you are ever in Sydney and in need of super nice Japanese stationary- try Kinokuniya.
